IT Helpdesk en Barcelona.
A-Central located in the center of Barcelona is a young dynamic international and multicultural company that provides online marketing services for different sectors at a European level.
Now we are looking to hire an experienced highly motivated and ambitious It Helpdesk to join our team of professionals.
Manage the company IT hardware and software.
In charge of user management (new employees resign employees systems and permissions).
IT systems and incident reporting.
IT security and compliance.
Hardware purchasing and repair.
Provide tech training to the employees.
Review and develop existing and new solutions for office productivity.
Global IT incident management.
Middle or higher level in computing or Telecommunications. It will be valued positively a Professional Technical degree or bachelor s degree.
A minimum of 1 years of experience in the same or similar position.
Experience in a call center environment would be a plus.
High level of Spanish and English written and spoken.
Ability to be analytical accurate with high attention to detail and flexible able to work in a fast-paced environment.
a. MCSE/MCITP/MCSA Certificate.
c. Knowledge in VoIP.
Hours 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Type of contract Indefinite with a trial period marked by agreement.
