Information Security Engineer en Barcelona.
Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)

+3 years of industry experience in an information security function.
Have a solid understanding of the OSI model TCP/IP local area networking and systems concepts including standards typologies protocols and equipment.
Solid experience with SIEM management.
Solid understanding of Nexpose and/or Nessus.
Solid understanding of Firewalls (PaloAlto Cisco ASA).
Understanding of Configuration of Windows and Linux host-based security as well as cloud-based security systems and Networking (TCP/IP DHCP DNS).
Ability to work autonomously and team player.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced high-stress situations.
Ability to communicate network security issues to peers and management. We are seeking for a an exceptional Security Engineer capable of safeguard our network and systems. Together with the CISO to ensure the global network is maintained at the highest security standards.

Description

Youll carry out security measures to protect and monitor sensitive data and systems from infiltrations and cyber-attacks. Youll work on the vulnerability remediation process and the resolution of the escalations incidents security tickets or other It staff.

Perform vulnerabilities scan and assist with the vulnerability remediation process.

Observe and respond to Intrusion Detection System (IDS) cues EDR and anti-virus alerts and other configured security alerts.

Assist in the detection prevention and analysis of security threats.

Carry out information security plans and policies.

Awareness training of the workforce on information security standards policies and best practices.

Installation and use of firewalls data encryption and other security products and procedures.

Lead incident response including steps to minimize the impact and then assist with the technical and forensic investigation into how the breach happened and the extent of the damage.

Provide 3rd level support to IT Support/EUC Team members for Information Security related issues.
