Yamba is looking for a proficient Floor Manager who will be responsible to provide great customer service while monitoring all F&B service and coordinating the front of house team. The Floor Manager has the responsibility to consistently provide outstanding dining experiences for Yamba guests. The successful candidate must be a great multi-tasker, quick decision-maker, strong problem solver, organized, and have excellent communication skills. The Floor Manager will be working as part of a team and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and also handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally, provide excellent customer service as well as creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and constantly display feelings of positivism and calmness.

Works well as part of a team and on individual orders
Positive and approachable manner
Strong knowledge of English and Portuguese language. Additional languages will be considered a plus
Good oral communication
High level of attention to detail
Flexibility to work in shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
Proven working experience as a Floor Manager for minimum of 2 years in 5* Hotels, High-End Restaurants, Beach Compounds or similar, following the same service standards.
