Position: Customer Service Agent (Aviation)
Working hours: 14:30 – 23:00
Place: from home (fully remote)
Job duties:
– Assisting clients with chat requests
– Doing ticket refunds and changes
– Managing bookings in Galileo (only fixing complex cases)
– Training clients on how to use the booking tool
– Calling clients for feedback
– Weekend chat and weekend emergency line monitoring (paid extra)
The employee has to be self-employed/freelancer to pay taxes on their own.
Salary: negotiable, EUR 1100-1500 GROSS (depending on the expertise)
Time of commencement: 1st of April, 2021
Requisitos : Job requirements:
– 1+ years of hands-on experience in ticket refunds and changes in Galileo (GDS) or Amadeus
– Fluent spoken and written English
– Good communication skills
