MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:
Coordinar tanto la atención del alumnado, el programa de prácticas y el Campus on line de la Escuela.
Reportando en el día a día a la coordinadora de la Escuela y estratégicamente al director de la Escuela.

FORMACIÓN:
Requisito mínimo: Carrera universitaria .

FUNCIONES:
No buscamos a un directivo, buscamos a un ejecutor eficiente que con el tiempo nos demuestre que puede llegar a ser un directivo en la empresa.
– Atención al alumnado y resolución de dudas y problemas.
El alumno es el centro de nuestra Escuela. Cuidamos mucho la comunicación con él.

– Gestión del Campus on line, subida de videos, apuntes y calificaciones.
Una parte importante del contenido de nuestros programas está en esta plataforma, que debe ser cuidada con esmero y eficacia.

– Coordinación de las prácticas de los alumnos, seguimiento, control de la calidad e identificación de oportunidades laborales.
Uno de los pilares de nuestra formación. Gestión eficiente y ágil de los programas de prácticas de cada alumno, comunicación directa con los departamentos de recursos humanos de las cadenas hoteleras.

– Coordinación de masterclass y de eventos on line y presenciales.

– Coordinación, gestión y selección de empresas y colaboradores externos.
El sueño de FORST no es solo un sueño de las personas que trabajan en la Escuela. Hay muchas empresas que nos ayudan a conseguirlo y para nosotros es fundamental que se sientan parte del proyecto. Para ello tratarles de manera honesta y exigente es fundamental. Son nuestros aliados y sin ellos no hubiéramos podido llegar donde lo hemos hecho y cómo lo hemos hecho.

– Colaboración puntual con el resto de departamentos de la Escuela.
Aunque tenemos sueños grandes, somos una empresa pequeña, compuesta por 5 personas. A veces hay que echar una mano en tareas relacionadas con la Escuela. Pero solo puntualmente. No queremos que nadie pierda foco de su área pero tampoco a nadie que se le caigan los anillos.

Requisitos : COMPETENCIAS
– El esfuerzo lo damos por supuesto. La actitud también. Buscamos a alguien que aporte resultados concretos gracias a sus acciones. Somos exigentes, pero siempre ponemos medios para conseguir los objetivos.
– Debes ser una persona muy organizada, eficiente y que cuide los detalles. Los detalles marcan la diferencia de nuestra Escuela.
Una de las cosas que más importa en esta empresa es que los proyectos salgan adelante. Para ello es fundamental que todas las acciones que se derivan de él se cierren, que no queden cabos sueltos. El lema de nuestra Escuela es “Cuando haces cosas pasan cosas”. Pero para poder hacer muchas cosas y poder llegar donde queremos es crucial cerrar temas. Y asegurarse de que están bien cerrados y en un tiempo y forma óptimos.

REMUNERACIÓN
Entre 15.000€ y 20.000€ brutos anuales.
La remuneración es según convenio. Pero además la empresa realiza un reparto de beneficios entre los empleados dependiendo de los resultados que cada uno obtenga.
No tenemos límite en el salario y crecimiento de las personas. Si se ayuda a crecer a la empresa, la persona crecerá con el tiempo en todos los ámbitos. Buscamos a alguien que quiera crecer.
UBICACIÓN DEL PUESTO:
Desde el COVID hemos empezado todos a trabajar desde casa y está yendo fenomenal. Vamos a seguir así. Pero buscamos a alguien residente en la provincia de Alicante.

Verificar la limpieza del restaurante antes, durante y después del servicio para dejar el restaurante al cierre en óptimas condiciones de limpieza.

Obtiene la información de ventas del centro de consumo para vaciar la información administrativa en la bitácora del restaurante correspondiente.

Realizar sus requisiciones de acuerdo a los faltantes que se tengan al cierre de su servicio y se asegura de que sean surtidas.
