¿Cuáles son las principales funciones?

• Realizar las funciones del/ de la Responsable de ATC en su ausencia.
· Comunicar al personal de animación y atención al cliente los objetivos departamentales establecidos, así como repasar los procesos críticos y puestas en escena del área mediante la realización de mini reuniones diarias, de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos por el hotel.
• Gestionar y promocionar el programa de entretenimiento y servicios a ofrecer a los clientes.
• Supervisar, controlar y organizar las actividades de entretenimiento que se lleven a cabo en el Hotel, asignando las tareas al personal, cuidando la decoración, el servicio prestado, montaje y atención de las necesidades que pueda tener el cliente.
• Realizar el servicio de atención especial establecido para clientes VIP y especiales.
• Atender y asesorar al cliente en sus peticiones, para asegurar una experiencia personalizada.
• Coordinar con otros departamentos y con los proveedores de manera conjunta, las actividades de entretenimiento a realizar en el Hotel, para asegurar la mejor experiencia del cliente.
• Escuchar, gestionar y llevar a cabo el seguimiento de las quejas realizadas por el cliente durante su estancia en el Hotel.
• Cumplir con los objetivos de satisfacción del cliente en TripAdvisor, Booking, etc., así como gestionar y llevar a cabo el seguimiento de las quejas y sugerencias de mejora de los clientes.
• Realizar presupuestos y controlar los gastos para la contratación de las actividades de entretenimiento, como veladas, aniversarios, fiestas, eventos especiales, etc., que se lleven a cabo en el Hotel.
• Realizar el seguimiento de las auditorías externas realizadas al departamento.
• Llevar a cabo el seguimiento y supervisión de la implantación de los estándares del Manual de Ambientación Operacional.
• Colaborar con el departamento Comercial, en las distintas visitas de inspección de TT.OO., Agencias, prensa y otros.
• Realizar otras funciones que en el ámbito de sus competencias le sean solicitadas por su responsable directo.

Requisitos : FORMACION
Diplomatura/ Grado Universitario en Turismo, Publicidad y/o Relaciones Públicas.
Valorable Postgrado en Gestión de eventos y Protocolo / Relaciones Públicas / Animación Turística y/o similar.

EXPERIENCIA
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en la posición y/o 2º Responsable de Relaciones Públicas, Comercial en hoteles de 4* o superior.
